Partnership contract

The partnership contract provides a qualitative and custom support concerning cross-platform issues as well as the use and the evolution of our tools.
With this contract, were are not placing ourselves in a customer-supplier relationship, but in a partner relationship, so that the tools we develop become the tools of our customers.

The different phases are:

1. Upstream
   Existing workflows analysis, specifications and recommendations.
2. Deployment
   Accompaniment, training and deployment.
3. Project lifecycle
   Maintenance, support (skype or phone), evolution, training.

It includes all existing functionalities but also those planned in the Road Map.

On-demand services

In case yours needs are not covered by the partnership contract, we propose:

• specific deployments, should they be open source or proprietary
• a roadmap accelerator to be able to use added values functionalities as soon as possible
• human resources for developing your cross-platform applications
